30 minutes. We go through where you are, what's getting in the way, and which RISE pillar is your weakest link. By the end you'll have clarity on what to change first — whether we end up working together or not.
No. It's a conversation. If the coaching is the right next step at the end of it, I'll tell you. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too. No pressure either way.
It helps, but it isn't required. The diagnostic gives us a head start so we can go deeper, faster. If you haven't taken it, we'll cover the same ground on the call — it just takes a little longer.
Coaching is built around your specific gap, so the structure depends on what you need. I'll walk you through the options on the call once I understand where the work actually needs to go. No template, no one-size package.
No. Therapy looks backwards to understand why. Coaching looks forwards to build what's missing. If something comes up that needs therapeutic support, I'll say so — and point you to the right kind of help.
Yes. Sessions run over video, so location isn't a barrier. The only constraint is finding times that work across time zones.
