For over two decades I ran an events and entertainment business. DJing, MCing, producing — building something from nothing. On paper it worked. Revenue, reputation, bookings. All of it.
Behind the scenes I was carrying everything myself. Every event, every decision, every late night. Sales, admin, setup, performing, packing down, driving home at 3am. My name was on it, so I was in it.
In the summer of 2022 I came home from a run of events so exhausted I couldn't get out of bed the next morning. I had to replace myself at a wedding I was booked to perform at. First time that had ever happened.
The day after that I joined a gym — not to train. Just to sit in the spa. Because my body had nothing left and I didn't know what else to do.
That was the moment I couldn't ignore.
The year that followed, I rebuilt how I operated. Not gradually — deliberately. I made meditation a daily habit. I hired a fitness coach and got into the best shape of my life. I brought people into the business, so I wasn't the bottleneck for everything.
What changed wasn't just how I felt. It was how I performed. Clearer decisions. More presence. Better output — without the burnout underneath it.
That experience became the foundation of everything I now teach.
I work with people who are capable and driven but stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. They know what they should be doing. They just can't seem to do it consistently.
The problem is almost never motivation. It's structure. It's identity. It's the absence of a system that holds when life gets busy and pressure arrives.
My coaching is built around the RISE Framework — Rhythm, Identity, Structure, Execution. Four pillars that together create the conditions for lasting consistency. Not a rigid plan. A personalised system built around your specific gap.
The work is practical, direct, and grounded in lived experience. No generic advice. No motivational language. Just honest conversations and the right structure to back them up
Earlier this year, I supported a week-long wellness retreat, running four sessions on habits and consistency. No slides. No scripts. Just the framework applied to real people dealing with real challenges.
One person went back to the gym for the first time in months. Another built daily breathwork into their morning. One is committed to a daily power hour for their work. All of them are still going.
These weren't dramatic overhauls. They were precise interventions — one pillar identified, one change made. That's the approach.
You don't need to be a founder or an executive. You need to be someone who's serious about changing how they operate — and ready to do the work to get there.
If you've tried routines, apps, advice, and motivation and it still hasn't clicked — this is for you.
If you know something needs to change but you're not sure where to start — this is for you.
If you're performing well in some areas but feel inconsistent everywhere else — this is for you.
